Terms and Conditions
*You must list "GiftCards4moving" as the referral agent on the guest card, lease application, and the actual lease.
*You must lease a property referred to you by one of our licensed locators.
*A maximum of up to 4 gift cards totaling the amount quoted may be chosen.
*We must be notified within 7 days of you signing the lease to start the processof getting you a gift card.
*If a property requires advanced registration from us you must not visit the apartment community prior to notifying us of your intent to visit the property 5 days in advance.
*If the leased property does not compensate GiftCards4moving.com the gift card offer is void.
*Gift Cards are mailed once the referral fee is received from the apartment company and usually takes anywhere from 2-12 weeks after you move in.
*Gift Cards will be mailed to the address of the newly leased apartment.
*To Check the status of your rebate please email or call us.
*If moving from one sister property to another, we must check in advance of you signing the lease to see if they are willing to compensate GiftCards4moving.com so you can get a gift card.
*You can not have lived in the property previously or be renewing a lease.
*You can not be employed currently or in the past fromt the apartment and its managment firm.
*A minimum of a 6 month lease must be signed in order to receive a gift card.
* If the referral fee is less than our minimum standard or less than originally quoted we have the right to offer a gift card of a reduced amount.
*Gift Cards will only be issued to one tenant of the property.
